On 10 June, we take a moment to recognise and thank the incredible first responders who are always there when our community needs them most.

From paramedics, firefighters, police, and emergency services — to all the people working behind the scenes — first responders are often the first to arrive in difficult, stressful, and sometimes heartbreaking situations. Their work is demanding, fast-paced, and vital to keeping our community safe.

In a small town like ours, we especially understand how important that quick response and familiar local support can be.
