I love working with teens! Often they need a wakeup call to change their habits and also some real facts about their diet and the deficiencies they have developed from eating badly. The natural medicines work beautifully to boost their neurotransmitters which makes it easier to improve habits like exercise and socialising.
Its a real combination of good habits and natural medicines that gives the best results
If you have a teen that is really struggling please bring them to see me. I just love seeing the smile and hope returning to their faces as they feel better and better.

Teenagers who combine poor diet, high screen time, and lack of exercise are more than three times as likely to develop both anxiety and depression at the same time, according to a new study tracking over 6,000 adolescents for a full year. The research published in BMC Psychiatry found that unhealthy habits do not just add up independently but interact and reinforce each other, creating a compounding effect on mental health. Even having four to six bad habits was enough to raise the risk of combined anxiety and depression by 40 percent, while seven or more habits nearly tripled the risk. Researchers say the pattern was consistent across both boys and girls regardless of family income or background. Are the daily habits of teenagers around you putting their mental health at serious risk?
