🐟 Hacks to Supercharge Your Salmon Patties

Take your salmon patties to the next level with a few simple ingredients:

✔️ Almond meal in place of breadcrumbs for extra fats/fibre
✔️ Eggs to bind everything together
✔️ Nutritional yeast for a savoury b vitamin boost
✔️ Fresh lemon for flavour and vit c
✔️ Chives & parsley for colour/flavour
✔️ Parmesan for extra protein and zinc
✔️ Garlic for antioxidants!

Mix, shape & pan-fry or bake until golden. We enjoyed these with tartare sauce and green salad. They freeze well once cooked too!

Tips for Elite Roasted Veggies 🥦🥕🌶️
The perfect side to any protein:

Load up on colour!! — mix a variety of vegetables (you can roast pretty much anything!) for more nutrients - think prebiotics for your gut bugs here - and flavour.

Add healthy fats, salt, and your favourite spices. Here I used extra virgin olive oil (the DON) and dukkah! Fats will help you absorb the fat soluble nutrients in the veg.

Roast until golden and tender/crispy, then enjoy!

Simple, nutritious, and packed with flavour. 💪🥔🔥

Why I often choose a liquid Vitamin D supplement ☀️💧

Many liquid formulations contain very few ingredients compared to some capsules and tablets.

Liquids make it easy to adjust the dose to suit individual needs and practitioner recommendations.
