Hello everyone,
Fairly recently I got a reminder as to why we do what we do with raising awareness about mental health.On a walk I along with two other people going about their morning came across someone attempting to take their own life.We helped as best we could and got them awake and waited for the ambulance to arrive.It was a very stressful thing to come across for someone who’s been in that position themselves.But the other two people were amazing and I was so glad they went past at the same time.I hope we did enough that they were ok and go get the help they desperately need.
