Not my puffy face after crying happy tears over the arrival of our new Reformer babies 🥹✨

This incredible addition has been in the works for MONTHS — literally before the Port Macquarie studio even opened — and it feels so deeply aligned with everything we do here at Flow State Yoga.

There were definitely moments where this felt like my Everest, but knowing the positive impact Reformer is going to have on our community’s health and wellbeing made every challenge along the way so worth it. 🤍

Reformer and Yoga complement each other so beautifully — strength, mobility, stability, breath, nervous system regulation, mindful movement… it all connects.

We can’t wait to share this next chapter with you all ✨

This is HUGE for us. Our very first 200-Hour Light of Yoga Teacher Training at Flow State is almost completely full — and there is now just one place remaining.

This isn’t just another 200-hour training.
This training is the unfolding of the heart of Yoga — the path of studio founder, Vicky’s studies, teachers, and years of devotion have carved. It’s the foundation of what yoga truly is beyond the poses… a journey into the nectar of the practice, into depth, meaning, and transformation.

We’ve intentionally kept this training intimate, because Yoga is meant to be shared in relationship. With a smaller group, each student receives genuine, diligent mentoring — from Vicky and from our incredible Flow State teachers who are walking this path alongside you as trainers.

Across both our Blue Mountains and Port Macquarie studios, your support has helped financially contribute to vital programs at the Port Macquarie Koala Hospital, including wild koala breeding initiatives and habitat conservation.
