The annual 16 Days in WA – Stop Violence Against Women campaign has begun and will be going until December 10, which is Human Rights Day. The purpose of this campaign is to drive a change in culture, behaviour and attitudes that lead to violence against women and their children.
1 in 5 Western Australian women report having experienced partner violence since the age of 15. Domestic violence can be physical, sexual and psychological.
