Weight Management

Managing your weight doesn’t have to be complicated or overwhelming. It’s often the small, everyday habits that make a big difference over time.

Things that can help support a healthy lifestyle:
🥗 Balanced meals
🚴‍♀️Staying active in ways you enjoy
😴 Getting enough sleep
⏰ keeping a regular routine

Everyone’s journey looks different, and what works for one person may not work for another.

If you’re looking for guidance, support or help exploring options that suit your lifestyle, come and chat with our friendly pharmacy team. We’re here to help you find an approach that feels realistic, achievable and right for you.

Su***de support is available, no one should face this alone 💙 Our digital flyer outlines the support available to Murrumbidgee communities impacted by su***de and highlights the role of the Local Response Group in providing a coordinated and compassionate response after a death by su***de.

Led by the Murrumbidgee Primary Health Network and local partners including MLHD, NSW Ambulance, NSW Police and Wellways, the group helps connect individuals, families and communities with timely support services, safe communication, and longer-term su***de prevention initiatives.

🔍 Compare & Choose: Blood Glucose Meters
Choosing a blood glucose meter isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s about what feels easy and works for your daily routine.

Some are quick and simple; others have larger screens or extra features that make tracking a bit easier.

If you’re not sure where to start, come in and have a chat with us. We’ll help you compare your options and find something that feels right for you.

Good news for our area.

Good news for our area.

We're pleased to welcome the Australian Government's announcement to establish 20 new headspace outreach programs across regional, rural and remote Australia.

For many young people, distance, travel time and cost can make it harder to access mental health and wellbeing support. These new outreach programs will help bring support closer to where young people live, while being developed in partnership with local communities to reflect their unique needs.

Every young person deserves the opportunity to access safe, high-quality mental health and wellbeing support, no matter where they live.

We're looking forward to working with young people, local communities and existing headspace centres to bring these new outreach programs to life.

❄️ Winter Health + National Diabetes Week
Winter has a way of shaking up our routine. We move a little less, pick up the odd bug, and might not feel quite like ourselves.

With National Diabetes Week (13–19 July 2026) coming up, it’s a good reminder to check in with your health, keep warm, and stick to your usual routine where you can. Small habits can make a big difference.

If you’re after advice or need to stock up on winter essentials, pop in and chat with us — we’re here to help.
