Congratulations to our weekly assembly award recipients who had a much larger audience today as they received their awards. Parents and family members visited open classrooms, shared morning tea and stayed for assembly as we celebrated our wonderful public school during Education Week.
A BIG congratulations to our school leaders Emma, Gemma and Nikkita who received leadership awards and a special mention to Sam Preston who received an Education Week award for her voluntary work and leadership as part of our P&C Committee.
A big thank you to our students for making me a bouquet of flowers for Principals Day (that I will keep alive) - you know me too well!

Yellow class really enjoy this part of our day. Music and movement sparks joy and builds confidence. With simple rhythm, song, and playful motions they are strengthening coordination, listening, and expressing themselves all while having fun and engaging with each other. 🕺💕

NAIDOC Day at Gralee was a vibrant and meaningful celebration, with students from Whitton Murrami, Wamoon, and Yanco small schools joining us for the occasion. We were honoured to welcome special guests Joey Longford and Owen Lyons whose presence enriched the experience for all. The day was filled with engaging cultural activities, allowing the children to connect deeply with Indigenous heritage and traditions. It was a wonderful opportunity for our school communities to come together in celebration, learning, and respect.
