I’m not who I was two years ago. Or perhaps I’m finally becoming who I was always meant to be.

The past two years have been some of the most confronting, challenging and transformative of my life.

My spiritual awakening wasn’t all love and light. There were moments of fear, confusion and feeling completely lost.

At one point, my journey led me into hospital, an experience that left me feeling vulnerable, misunderstood and questioning everything I thought I knew about myself.

Relationships shifted. Some people fell away. I had to grieve parts of the woman I once was while learning to embrace who I was becoming.

It hasn’t been an easy journey, but through stillness, nature, movement, healing and support, I’ve slowly found my way back to myself.

I’ve learnt to listen to my body, honour my nervous system and trust my own pace.

Most importantly, I’ve learnt that not everyone will understand your journey, and that’s okay. We can respect each other’s paths without needing to fully understand them.

I’m still learning, still growing and still finding myself.

This isn’t about validation or approval. It’s simply me showing up authentically and sharing a little more of my story.

Sometimes the journey back to yourself means letting go of who you thought you were.

Follow your heart, even in baby steps.
