If you grapple with looking at old photos of yourself, or your children, or pets or loved ones, or a trip you took when you were young, then you may be stuck in grief.
Grief is the natural flow on of loss, but too often we suppress it as we believe grief is only for the big losses.
But loss is occurring throughout your whole life.

* Health – Illness, disability, chronic pain, fertility, aging, physical or cognitive changes.
* Identity – Losing confidence, purpose, independence, faith, or sense of self.
