I just turned 50 and celebrated this in Thailand with my girls and a dear friend. For many, many years I had a ridiculous, irrational fear that I wouldn’t live past 49, not because of any death wish, rather because my dad died suddenly at that age. Some of you may relate to this. What did die over the years however, are the beliefs, attachments and aspects of myself that I realised weren’t true for me. These realisations resulted in feelings ranging from relief to despair, but eventually materialised to gold a better relationship with myself. Naturally this is an ongoing process, and has left me feeling more grounded, feeling more safe and content in my body & more energised, focused,intuitive and psychic. Here’s to the next 50 and more fun, nature, love and magic 💪🏼☀️🌊🔥🥰
