- There's New Moon eclipse in the early hours of tomorrow morning.

it's said eclipse energy begins a month prior and 6 months after so this is a powerful time.

If you’re attuned to these lunar cycles or not - you may’ve felt a lot of inner consolidation, a lot of resolution and also the gumption to follow what you’re hearts been telling you all along. You may have also felt super tired and a little fed up, easily triggered? And on the other side it incredibly energised and creatively inspired.

I’m not sure what's different now, yet something deeply is. I think there’s been a big clear out for many of us, internally and externally - the Marie Kondo of energy matrix shenanigans.

They say through eclipse seasons - which ends on the Full Moon at the end of the month - events or even people swing in to support or change the pathway we’re on. There's a lot of shifting sands and so not the time to set intentions but to double down into self care things.

This week I launched a new flower essence called Breathe.

It supports the integration of that pivot point when you know a relationship needs to end, or the job needs to change or the fitness priority needs to be increased. It gifts the confidence to get s***z done and follow that inner muse that’s been hanging out waiting for your attention and connection. It is a deeply calming essence.

Gone are the days of sitting on your laurels. If you’re living your best life, keep shining, keep doing it - it’s your personal empowerment point and lights the way for those yet to find that spark and also for those who may not be able to live or be the way their life intended. We need these positive mirrors of life. Especially now.

Breathe is the essence of this moon.
Full of the magic of the Silver Princess and the calm of the Violet Butterfly. It supports sleep and activates dreams.

It is an integrative essence that’s available here - https://www.silverdale.com.au/product/breath-flower-essence-30-ml/

We're in the midst of some exciting new changes and pivot points too! If you'd like to find out more and how you can use the power of flowers and nature to emflower and support - feel free to sign up to our newsletter Wildflower Musings - https://www.subscribepage.com/wildflowermusings

Fun Fact: If you've been wondering where I've been - I've been here - Kalamunda Hydrotherapy pool, my most favourite place right now, second only to my garden.

I finally understand why astronauts struggle when they return to Earth. Every time I step out of the hydrotherapy pool, I get a tiny glimpse of it.

For an hour, my body feels almost weightless. My knee moves more freely. I can bend it further. Walking feels easier. Everything is lighter. Then I climb out of the pool... and gravity comes crashing back in.

This hour ( 4 days a week) in the water has become one of my favourite parts of this healing journey. Second only to wandering around my garden watching my flowers grow.

The water lets me move and twist in ways I can't on land. Better circulation, less stiffness, and a reminder of what this knee is capable of.

It's a slow and steady game.

I've spent weeks wondering:

🌸 Will this stiffness ever end?
🌸 Am I doing enough... or too much?

The answer wasn't in pushing harder. It was in trusting myself and in my 100% focused commitment.

🌸 To trust that healing is happening, even on the slow days.
🌸 To trust that rest is part of the process.

Eight weeks ago I had a knee replacement. Hydrotherapy has been a game changer Today I've full knee extension, 122° of bend, a normal walking gait, and every week, every day movement improves and the discomfort lessons.

If you know of knee issues or the recovery from Knee replacement surgery - rehab is intense, a short marathon for long term gain - making the most before scar tissue sets in - the early days are the best to gain the best results. It's aaaa lot.

I'll put all what I've learned into a neat little package to share.

More on this soon.

Feel free to jump on my newsletter - Wildflower Musings for further fun insights and flowery therapy info. We have a series of workshops coming up for Spring and more - to find out when and where - the link to sign up is below.

This time round we're offering two flower healing workshops.

On August 30th, come and play at Cath's garden sanctuary in Kalamunda and experience a workshop that's like no other - connecting with the flowery realms, their symbols and their healing magic - whilt you weave them into a beautful healing Flower Mandala.

We also journal, meditate, and enjoy good food in great company amongst the local native flowers.

Recently I have been obsessed with Bee Hive Videos - it has been a crazy journey of research and learning. Bees The greatest pollinators

Bees are part of the biodiversity on which we all depend for our survival. Flowers rely so deeply on bees to pollinate and produce.

There is one queen bee in one hive and drone bees, and worker bees.
Fun Fact: The Queen Bee lays up to 2,000 eggs a day and produces vital pheromones that regulate colony behaviour, control worker development, and maintain social harmony within the hive. The pheromones from a queen bee can be sensed from kilometres away so the worker bees know and navigate back to the hive.

Bees are under threat at the moment with the appearance of the Varroa Mites which feed of the bees and ultimately killing them. This is a travesty! Imagine a world with no bees.

No bees, no flowers.

To attract and support bees you can plant natives of Banksias, Grevilleas, and Bottlebrushes (Callistemon). These provide abundant, easy-to-access food sources that sustain honeybees and essential native pollinators.

Marigolds, sunflowers, lavender, even herbs such as basil, mint and thyme. Daisies, cosmos, and cornflowers are also awesome to support our bee life.

Mid winter is a great time to begin planning for Spring. The simplest way to help the bees is to scatter a few more flower seeds and let the garden become a place of bee nourishment and fertile flowery abundance.

For the love of flowers! This is the coolest.

This month's Full Moon peaks 7.38 am tomorrow morning - in fact, there’s quite a bit of action happening in the skies - with Mercury Retrograde occurring around the same time.

It marks a big point for the coming days. You may have noticed many unclaimed emotions or past actions surfacing in the subliminal. Synchronicities if you’re open.

Having time to let go and heal through this knee surgery has been strong at times, and yet incredibly liberating.

The patterns of the past arise to be seen and healed. It can be confronting, but comes with release and a peace that comes when we own it. Sometimes it takes a coupla of gos - when focused you get there in the end.

Now is not the time to give up.

The flower essence of Leafless orchid soothes anxiety whilst also awakening and heightening discernment - it is seriously one of those flowers that you need in your personal self-care toolkit. Amazing flower healer and perfect for this time.

This moon will magnify what no longer belongs and the dynamics up for renewal. It is a major slowdown. You see more when life is in slo-mo.

Enjoy the connections this moon and phase can bring.
