for coming home to your self My name is Laura Jones and I am a local Mum here on the Central Coast. Completing in December

I studied Relaxation, Remedial, Trigger Point Therapy and Pregnancy Massage with the School of Integrated Body Therapies and have 16 years hands on experience in these modalities. I have a diploma of Remedial Massage. I have worked alongside a Chiropractor as her assistant/Massage Therapist for 13 years. I am a registered member of ATMS and am eligible to give health fund rebates. In 2006 I comple

ted Reiki Degree 1. In 2007 I completed my pregnancy and postnatal massage training with the School of Integrated Body Therapies. I am also an Infant Massage Instructor (trained by IAIM) and an experienced Birth Doula (birth support) with qualifications with Optimum Birth. In 2015 I completed a Fertility/Digestive Massage course with Clare Blake from Fertility Massage Therapy & Training in the UK. in 2016 I have attended the following seminars at Shakti Durga's Shanti Mission: Ignite Your Spirit 1 & 2, Empowering Relationships 1 & 2, Yoga of the Mind. In 2017 I did a refresher workshop with Clare Blake for Fertility Massage and renewed my first aid certificate. In December my second child is due to be born.

First Moon Circles® | Menstrual Education School for Children today in my home. I had two Mums bring their daughters along day. That’s two girls who are more informed, educated and were honored by their Mums. One Mum/daughter came from Goulburn because there’s no one holding anything like this in her area. This was my daughter’s third circle she’s sat with me and this was my fifth First Moon Circles® | Menstrual Education School for Children I’ve facilitated. I love these circles so much. It gets the conversation rolling at home, the girls take home a booklet with everything we have learnt and a case with menstrual products inside so they can start taking with them to school, camps, sleepovers etc. I run these circles a couple of times a year or by interest. The Seeding Ritual

Why I believe this ritual is important.

Most of us crossed the threshold into womanhood without the celebration, honoring, or rite of passage we truly deserved. Instead, we were taught to hide, creating a disconnect from our womb space—and ultimately, from ourselves.
This ritual is an invitation to rewrite that story. Through journaling, sharing, and witnessing one another, you will find your way back home to your body. This is your space to reconnect with your womb—the sacred center where you bleed each month, hold immense creative power, and carry new life.
Inhabiting your body with this level of awareness blooms into profound self-love. By embracing your own magic, you show your children how beautiful it is to be a woman. If you have a daughter, this work is vital; it breaks the cycle, ensuring we don’t unconsciously pass down generations of menstrual shame. Heal for yourself. Heal for your children. Heal for the lineage.
