for coming home to your self My name is Laura Jones and I am a local Mum here on the Central Coast. Completing in December

I studied Relaxation, Remedial, Trigger Point Therapy and Pregnancy Massage with the School of Integrated Body Therapies and have 16 years hands on experience in these modalities. I have a diploma of Remedial Massage. I have worked alongside a Chiropractor as her assistant/Massage Therapist for 13 years. I am a registered member of ATMS and am eligible to give health fund rebates. In 2006 I comple

ted Reiki Degree 1. In 2007 I completed my pregnancy and postnatal massage training with the School of Integrated Body Therapies. I am also an Infant Massage Instructor (trained by IAIM) and an experienced Birth Doula (birth support) with qualifications with Optimum Birth. In 2015 I completed a Fertility/Digestive Massage course with Clare Blake from Fertility Massage Therapy & Training in the UK. in 2016 I have attended the following seminars at Shakti Durga's Shanti Mission: Ignite Your Spirit 1 & 2, Empowering Relationships 1 & 2, Yoga of the Mind. In 2017 I did a refresher workshop with Clare Blake for Fertility Massage and renewed my first aid certificate. In December my second child is due to be born.

The Seeding Ritual 🩸

I would like to offer you the opportunity to rewrite your story of your first bleed.

Most of us have entered menstruation without the honoring, rite of passage and celebration we deserved. We were taught to hide and disconnect from our womb space. This disconnect from our body brought us further away from ourselves.

The Seeding Ritual is a returning. Return to Self. Together, we journey back to meet and honor our inner maiden. We listen. We heal.

A beautiful heartfelt message from someone special.

“In March 2026, my husband Ryan and I lost our beautiful daughter, Eleanor, after she was born too soon at 21 weeks gestation. Since then, we have experienced profound grief and have had to learn how to navigate life without our dearly loved baby girl.

Throughout this journey, Laura has supported me with massage therapy through both my grief and fertility struggles over the past 12 months. She has helped me process difficult thoughts and feelings with such a calm, compassionate, and validating presence. To me, she has become so much more than a massage therapist.

In honour of Eleanor’s name and memory, we would like to pay forward two massages to people who may be navigating a grief journey of their own right now.
We hope that the memory of our tiny girl can bring a little comfort, care, and support to someone who needs it. đź©·

Kids massage ✨

I love massaging kids, especially my own. It’s a chance for connection, feel into their bodies to see how they are structurally, a chance to teach them about how nice it feels to be touched in a positive, loving way, teaches them to slow down and receive.

Also provides gentle, restorative physical and emotional support. It actively calms the nervous system by lowering cortisol (stress hormones) and boosting “feel-good” chemicals like serotonin and dopamine.

If you want to massage your child but it doesn’t come naturally to you, I am happy to teach you!

I’m reflecting on the week I’ve had. This time last week, I was nervous and anxious about what was about to unfold.

I had been invited by my beautiful friend Liz to be a body worker and facilitate a circle (The Seeding Ritual) to a group of powerful, successful women in Noosa. I always try and say yes to opportunities and then work on my fears and insecurities later. I had to deep dive into my deep fear of being seen and heard. That I am enough just how I am. That being authentic is ok.

I did it. I did all the things I was fearful about. I connected with 7 women I hadn’t met, I massaged them, sat and sipped tea with them, ate around the dinner table with them, danced with them, taught them all things menstruation, laughed with them, spoke of my fears with them. And, it was fu**in awesome !! An experience that will stay with me.

So, this is your invitation to say yes to hard things. Because, how else do we grow? xx

It’s time to increase my prices as of 1st July 2026.

It’s been two years since I last put my prices up, and it’s something I do struggle with. As we all know, prices have increased everywhere over the last couple of years.

As of 1st July, you will no longer be charged a transaction fee if you pay by credit card.

But, as an experienced therapist of 20 years, I am worthy of this. I hope you will continue to enjoy my massages.

The women were so deeply touched by your kindness!
