Susan Hodgkinson is a registered Psychologist supporting carers who feel it's time to share the load.

She is offering monthly Caregiver Support Groups which are covered with the patient MHCP rebate + $20 out of pocket.

Group psychotherapy helps caregivers share emotional load, reduce isolation, build resilience, exchange coping strategies, and sustain compassionate, balanced caregiving over time.
