Your Body Was Designed to Move… Not Sit.
Think about your average day.
🚗 Sit in the car on the way to work.
💻 Sit at a desk for 8–10 hours.
🍽 Sit for lunch.
🚗 Sit on the way home.
📺 Sit on the lounge at night.
For many people, that’s 10–14 hours a day spent sitting.
The human body wasn’t designed for that.
