Essential Self Healing is a guided space for you to meet with your true self.
Where you have the safety and light to embody and explore all parts of you. Parts, meaning aspects of the self that have been frozen in time due to belief systems we have created to cage our emotional pain.

Essential Self Healing allows you to create a safe connection to the child selves that have been hurt, mistreated, misunderstood, neglected, not cared for and forgotten. And then provide them with the correct tools, resources, and strategies to cope in new environments.

This union bridges the opposites and makes space for peace, harmony and oneness to occur.
