Without realising it, the stress held in your body can keep you living in the status quo. You don’t do too much to ruffle feathers, you stay quiet when you’d love to speak up.

I love helping people relieve pain, ease headaches and soften muscle tension. But my favourite feedback lately is from clients who tell me they feel inspired again — taking up new hobbies, speaking their truth proudly, feeling curious about studying something new, or simply feeling more inspired by life.
