The first time I was face to face with a sound healing instrument was at my friends house | It was a beautiful tibetan singing bowl which I found fascinating.
🦉
Brooke made the bowl sing and put it up to my ears while I closed my eyes and floated away with the sound... in that moment I instantly gained a deep appreciation for sound healing, as the harmonic tune calmed my restless mind more than anything I had experienced before.

From that experience, every time I went to Brooke's house I would go to her singing bowl and give it a whirl!! I felt so connected with it as I gained an undiscovered feeling of control with the vibration it emitted.

Soon after that experience, I got my very own tibetan singing bowl which I’ve been using for & after a long day (to say the least); It has always managed to bring me back in tune with myself.

while I currently use my bowl for a variety of different things, the fascinating part about my sound healing experience is the practical understanding I have gained about my own frequency since having a device which emits its own frequency.

The ability to hold and express my own vibe-ration while flowing with the vibration around me has been uncovered through my sound healing experience.

This magical journey started at a pretty magical time for me. Let's go back to May of 2019... I was at the end stages of self-destructive desires and in the early stages of starting my own business- Incense Galaxy.

I had just gone through a break up which altered my entire perception of life and I wanted to get away to refresh my mind... so I left home and stayed at my grandparents house.
💔
While I was at my grandparents home, I found a deep level of focus, inspiration and power within myself... I would work on Incense Galaxy everyday until 4 or 5 in the morning, writing articles and moving towards the things that needed to get done.

I slowly started evolving into a new version of myself and in this transformational time I crossed paths with a psychic who offered to perform a tarot reading on me.

I was super excited to get a tarot reading! I had heard about tarot cards in the past but was never drawn to them; all of a sudden this new degree of me was immensely drawn to the idea of

I fell in love with them during and after the reading, and when I got back home my friend .a.i_land introduced me to ... It wasn't long until I got my own kit which I found at a crystal store on my way home.

Since having my own kit, I have given myself and others guidance through the mysterious energy the hold... I have learned, discovered and felt deeper than I ever have before.

This life-changing experience starts at my friends house ; while i was there, she tells me about a really good book she's been reading called "The Secret"- by Rhonda Byrne; I was super intrigued as soon as I seen the cover, even though I had never been into books or even finished one before.

That same night while Alicia was sleeping, I got the book off her desk and started reading it... well, I instantly loved it!

I truly felt like I was being told a secret... I had only heard about the Law of Attraction once before I started reading this book, but at the time it went in one ear and out the other.

This little reading obsession would continue a couple more times... every time I went to Alicia's I would go straight to the book and read it.

Until one morning I was super focused while reading this book and all of a sudden a voice in my head said "I know it now, I believe"; so I put the book down and never read another page.

I was ready to implement the Law of Attraction in my life... and so I did.

It all started with some incense sticks! after my break up, I wanted something to lift my spirits; I went down to the local shopping centre with a random idea to get some incense sticks.

I mean... I had never even looked twice at any aromatherapy products until that random day.

I purchased about $20 worth of incense sticks, gave a packet to dad and set the rest up in a nice spot in my room.

I lit one up aaaaanddd, ahhh!! I remember taking deep inhalations, appreciating the scent so strongly... i felt so happy, peaceful & relaxed, a feeling i had never felt so deeply before.

In that moment while I was in a trance-like state, a part of me and a vision was born to create my own business around incense sticks... Incense Galaxy was born.

Ahh! So, here's a little love story for you!!

This starts at a time where I felt like I was under a ton of bricks; I was at my rock bottom, until I met Caprice.

Her presence was so bright! I remember opening up to her on many occasions and she would always be there to listen and share her view.

Although one thing was clear, our perceptions were different... I would notice the ugly things while Caprice would see the beauty in everything; she was a dreamer who radiated love and hope.

It wasn't long until I fell in love with her... I didn't even know what love was until I met her, although it felt magical; but as quickly as we got together, the resistance came and tore us apart from each other.

Hmmm, I'm super interested to share my story about health with you!! okay, so when I was going through my bender days, I literally ate fast food for 6 months straight... how did I feel? pretty good at the time.
😂
i felt fine because my body literally adapted to consuming sh*tty food and drinks, so it felt 'normal' to me... although when I look back now, I can see how my downwards spiral started off with the stuff I put inside my body; It’s unavoidable, and unhealthy food brought me to an unhealthy mindset, which navigated me towards bad decisions... even when I thought they were good decisions at the time.

I fell asleep at the wheel of my car at 80km/h and hit a tree on my dads birthday, yep! that was my turning point and from then on I started to become more mindful of what goes inside my body... no more sh*tty food.

I started eating and drinking healthier alternatives and my mindset completely changed... my mind felt great, my body felt great and my decisions were starting to bring light into my life.
