A little Sunday evening at Herbal Touch… 🌿🔥

We lit the fire with the last of our firewood for the season and soaked up one final cosy evening before spring properly takes over.

I’ve been sitting by the fire making little lavender witch brooms, with the scent of lavender everywhere, the bush around us and a couple of local visitors wandering through. 🦘💜

In the background, we’ve been listening to Triple J’s Top 100 Australian songs from last year, which took me straight back to K’gari, when we listened to it live.

Fire. Music. Lavender. Bushland.

There is something ancient and beautifully simple about women gathering together. 🌿🔥

Last night, another Herbal Touch women’s circle unfolded beneath the evening sky.

We gathered around the fire, shared herbal tea, worked with ritual and plant wisdom, created flower crowns, sang, laughed, ate together and made space simply to be with one another.

Women of different ages and different seasons of life sat in the same circle, each bringing something entirely her own.

These circles are not about performing, fixing or becoming anything.

They are an invitation to slow down, reconnect, create, listen and remember the value of gathering together.

Thank you to the beautiful women who trusted this space, and to Cath for opening her home and garden to us.

💛Yesterday I had the privilege of facilitating a private women’s fire circle for Cath Chard Cath and a beautiful group of her friends. 🔥🌿

I’m so grateful to Cath for inviting me into her home and trusting me to create and hold this space for the women she loves.

There is something very different about facilitating a private circle for an existing group of friends. There is already history, connection and care between them, and my role becomes less about creating that bond and more about giving it somewhere to deepen.

We gathered around the fire, worked with herbs and plant wisdom, shared tea and stories, created flower crowns and made space for reflection, laughter and simply being together.

For me, this is such a meaningful part of the work I do through Herbal Touch Bush Clinic. Creating spaces where women can step away from everyday life for a little while, reconnect with themselves, and sit alongside other women without needing to be anything other than who they are.

Thank you Cath, and thank you to every woman who welcomed me into your circle. It was a very special afternoon and evening. 💛

I’m now offering mobile massage for aged care and retirement living in the Shoalhaven. 🌿

This service is for older clients who would benefit from gentle, respectful massage in the comfort of their own home, villa, or village community room.

Massage may support muscular tension, pain management, mobility and range of motion, restful sleep, nervous system regulation, and general comfort and wellbeing.

Private massage is $120/hour.

Home Care Package clients are also welcome to contact me to discuss arranging massage through their provider.

**Jnr Herbies Club is here for the July school holidays!** 🌿

A hands-on Winter Apothecary Workshop for curious little herb lovers aged 8–12.

Children will touch, taste, smell and make with herbs while creating their own little winter herbal creations to take home.

During the workshop, they will:
• Make a winter roller blend
• Create a gentle winter balm
• Explore the mystery herbal sniff box
• Learn a little about the plants, scents and ingredients around them

This is a small private-group workshop, so gather 4–6 children and choose a weekday that suits your crew.

**Ages 8–12**
**2 hours**
**$50 per child**
**Everything provided**

Our first Winter Solstice Women’s Circle at Herbal Touch Bush Clinic was held by fire, herbs, stories, warm food and the beautiful women who gathered with open hearts 🌿🔥

We sat together in the bush as the light softened, shared reflection, sipped sacred tea, made intention wreaths, ate soup and damper, and took a little time to honour what we are ready to lay down before turning towards the returning light.

I’m so grateful to the women who came and helped make this first circle feel warm, grounded, gentle and real.

There was rosemary underfoot, orange drying in the winter air, blankets around shoulders, smoke curling through the trees and plenty of laughter in between the quiet moments.

Thank you for trusting me with this space.

A quiet little milestone for Herbal Touch 🌿

I’ve now completed my Yoni Steam Practitioner Training with Yoni Steam Australia.

This training has deepened my understanding of womb-centred care, steam safety, herbal selection, individual assessment and the importance of offering this practice gently, respectfully and within each woman’s unique health picture.

For me, this work is not about following a trend. It is about creating space for women to slow down, reconnect with their bodies and explore a warm, nurturing ritual with informed guidance and care.

Yoni steaming will be offered through Herbal Touch Bush Clinic as an individually assessed, gentle practice, with safety and suitability always coming first.

A special thank you to Angie Meagher from Yoni Steam Australia for sharing her knowledge, experience and guidance throughout the training. I’ve really appreciated the care, depth and attention to safety she brings to this work, and I’m grateful to have learned from her as I begin weaving this practice thoughtfully into Herbal Touch.

A few places are still available for our Winter Solstice Women’s Circle at Herbal Touch Bush Clinic 🌿🔥

We’ll gather in the bush around the fire for a gentle afternoon of guided reflection, herbal tea blending, winter ritual, intention setting, storytelling, warm soup and damper.

No experience with women’s circles or ritual is needed. Just come warmly dressed and as you are.
