Here’s your reminder to BREATHE
Not the automatic breathing you’ve been doing all day.
An intentional breath.
Place a hand on your belly.
Breathe in slowly through your nose and allow your belly to gently expand.
Breathe out slowly and allow your belly to soften.
Repeat 3 to 5 times.
Belly breathing helps slow your breathing, release tension, settle a busy mind, support lymphatic flow and signal to your nervous system that it’s safe to soften.
Try it when you’re rushing, feeling overwhelmed, before sleep, or simply when you remember.
Take a breath now.
