Small habits can make a difference.

When it comes to staying active and looking after our health, it’s often the small things we do regularly that matter most.

Building movement into your day, and in ways that work for you can help support strength, mobility, cardiovascular health and independence over time.

It doesn’t have to mean big changes. Sometimes it’s simply finding ways to move a little more, a little more often. If you’re not sure where to start, that’s where we can help.

We offer a range of support options and programs to help you find the right approach for your goals, abilities, and lifestyle - whether you’re looking to become more active, wanting to better manage a health condition, or simply wish to maintain your mobility and wellbeing.

World Physiotherapy Day 2026

This year’s theme shine's a light on the vital role of physiotherapy in stroke, cardiovascular disease and other non-communicable diseases - and the power of being more active.

At LPS we couldn’t agree more! Movement is life - our purpose is to optimise yours

Regular physical activity can support cardiovascular health, improve strength and mobility, enhance independence, and help people manage and reduce the impact of chronic health conditions. Physiotherapists play an important role in helping people move safely, build confidence and make physical activity part of everyday life.

This World Physiotherapy Day, let’s celebrate that movement is life.

Our physiotherapist, Emily, is helping deliver the SASMA Advanced Taping Course at the Loxton North Sports Club on Sunday, 26 July.

This is a fantastic professional development opportunity for sports trainers and allied health students to refresh their taping skills, and gain practical tips from a local community member.

If you're involved with a local sporting club, consider sending your trainers along for a valuable day of hands-on learning and skill development. We love assisting with opportunities like this helping to strengthen the knowledge and confidence of our local sporting community!
