Recovery can look complete on paper — while everyday life still feels different.
You may have been medically cleared after a concussion, yet still find that ordinary demands take more effort than they used to.
A full workday leaves you exhausted. Screens become harder to tolerate. Concentration fades more quickly. Activities that once felt routine now require more planning, pacing or recovery time.
These changes may not be obvious to other people, but they can still affect work, study, home life and confidence in everyday routines.
Our BrainCare Concussion Assessment is designed for adults experiencing persistent, medically stable symptoms following concussion or mild traumatic brain injury.
The assessment explores how symptoms are affecting areas such as:
• attention and cognitive load
• fatigue and activity tolerance
• screen use and visual demands
• work, study and daily routines
• pacing and return-to-activity planning
Following the assessment, you receive practical recommendations that may help guide fatigue management, pacing, return-to-work or study planning, and everyday functioning.
This is not an emergency or acute concussion service. If symptoms are sudden, worsening or concerning after a head injury, seek urgent medical care or call 000.
