❄️ Winter Is Coming – Don't Forget About Your Posture!
As the weather gets cooler, many people become less active and spend more time sitting indoors. Cold temperatures can also cause muscles to feel tighter and stiffer, which may affect your posture and overall comfort.

✅ Keep your ears aligned over your shoulders
✅ Relax your shoulders and avoid hunching forward
✅ Sit with both feet flat on the floor
✅ Keep your phone and computer screen at eye level
✅ Get up and move every 30–60 minutes
