Happy Heart Formula has been helping calm anxious minds and unsettled hearts for nearly 1,900 years 🙏

Created by legendary Chinese physician Zhang Zhongjing around 150 AD, it’s still one of the most trusted herbal formulas for emotional wellbeing today- and for good reason.

100% natural. Non-addictive. Time-tested.

Pair it with The Chill Pill and you’ve got nature’s answer to a racing mind, restless nights, and the mental noise that just won’t quit.

Just one catch… you actually have to follow the instructions. Duh.

Happy Heart Formula has been the core treatment for emotional insta...

Party trick... or occupational hazard? 😄

At most family gatherings, it doesn't take long before someone says...

"Scott... can you check my pulse?"

And no, I'm not just counting your heartbeat.

In Chinese Medicine, pulse diagnosis looks at far more than fast or slow.

A practitioner can identify up to 28 different pulse qualities, including:

• Wiry
• Slippery
• Floating
• Thready
• Choppy

Each quality provides information about patterns of circulation, stress, digestion, and overall internal balance.

It's amazing what your body is already saying... when you know how to listen. 🌿

Trust me... there's a reason I'm nowhere near where it hurts 😌

One of the biggest surprises for new patients is discovering that acupuncture doesn't always treat pain where you feel it.

A sore shoulder doesn't automatically mean needles in your shoulder.

Why?

Because acupuncture works by influencing the body's communication networks:

• The nervous system
• Fascia (connective tissue)
• Blood flow
• Muscles
• The brain's processing of pain

Often, the most effective way to change pain is to stimulate a completely different area that's connected to the problem.

That's why I might treat:
🪡 Your knee from your hand.
🪡 Your neck from your foot.
🪡 Your headache from your leg.

It looks strange.. until your shoulder suddenly moves again.

I'm not treating where it hurts. I'm treating why it hurts 🙏🌿

Your body leaves clues everywhere.

• Pulse
• Tongue
• Skin
• Temperature
• Energy

Chinese Medicine pays attention to the signals most people ignore.

When your body is speaking, it helps to have someone who understands its language. 🙏😌

Fun fact 🪡

Acupuncture needles are hair-thin.

The fear is usually much greater than the needle.

Not quite the medieval torture device people imagine.

And most clients are surprised how quickly they relax.

Shoulders. They're everywhere lately 🦾

Rotator cuff pain. Bursitis. Tendon injuries. Partial tears.

The first step isn't sticking needles in and hoping for the best. It's working out what's driving the problem in the first place.

Once we know exactly what's going on, treatment becomes much more targeted. Most shoulder conditions respond really well, and it's not uncommon to see significant improvement within 3 to 5 treatments.

Shoulders don't usually fix themselves by waiting another six months.

If yours has been giving you grief, let's sort it out.

Clinic Trends I'm Seeing Right Now 🙏🪡

🪡 Shoulders. Shoulders. More shoulders.
Tendon injuries, bursitis, partial tears... you name it. Once we work out exactly what's going on, most shoulder conditions respond really well, often within 3 to 5 treatments.

🔥 Menopause
You'd think winter would give menopausal symptoms a break, but not always. The cooler weather often comes with a much drier climate, and for some women that can make symptoms even more noticeable. Every woman experiences menopause differently, which is why treatment is always tailored to the individual, not just the symptoms.

😴 Burnout
This one's becoming far too common. Poor sleep, caffeine, adrenaline... repeat. Before you know it, you're trying to get through each day on an empty battery. The good news? Burnout doesn't have to become your new normal. Once we get your sleep and nervous system back on track, it's amazing how quickly things can begin to change.

🦶 Burning feet
It's an interesting one. Sometimes it's sciatica. Sometimes it's gout. Sometimes it's something else entirely. Whatever the cause, we've been seeing some really encouraging improvements.

🤍 Fertility
I've also been helping women with low AMH and fertility concerns. It can be an incredibly challenging journey, but Chinese Medicine can play an important supportive role alongside your fertility plan, helping to optimise your health every step of the way.

Every person who walks into the clinic has a different story. My job is to work out why it's happening for you, then create a treatment plan that's tailored to you.

Thank you to all my wonderful clients for trusting me with your health. It's a privilege to be part of your journey. 🙏

In 2006, Scott travelled to China to further his studies at a major teaching hospital in Nanchang.

Working alongside experienced doctors and practitioners, he witnessed real people recovering from serious illness with the support of acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine.

Particularly memorable were the stroke and cardiac wards, where he saw firsthand the incredible role Traditional Chinese Medicine could play in patient recovery.

It was an experience that continues to shape his practice today ~ restoring balance and wellness in the body as quickly as possible.
