First day back in the office. So excited! Except the having to get out of bed and leave the house. And although northern beaches morning traffic is nothing compared to Brisbane morning traffic, it annoys me more 🤣🤣🤣

But I know I will love it when I get there, and that walk to get coffee always makes me feel like I am home in a good way.

I also know forcing Cheryl from the front office to have lunch with me will make me smile.

Familiar things kinda bring a bit of warm to a cold winter morning don't they?

May your day be filled with good coffee and good conversation, I know mine will be.

I have had so many clients, friends, (and occasionally me!), talking about how lost they feel lately.

Feeling lost is great! It means you no longer fit in the world the last version of you created. It also means you are yet to create the new world that supports and loves this next, and best yet, version of you. Daunting, but exciting!

As a therapist, a psychic, and a person who gets lost on a regular basis 🤣, I can tell you that if you keep walking forward you will find a sign post, a landmark, or a person to point the way forward.

If you try to find your way back to where you just come from, you will just become more lost and disorientated.

Keep moving forward, you are worth the journey❤️❤️❤️

Hello from Mackay!! Yes, I am home! For how long, I have no idea 🤣🤣🤣.

This uncertainty seems to be a common theme at the moment. The energy is a bit in your face and intense and doesn't feel like it's going to back off anytime soon.

It's like the universe has looked down and said "Crikey, you lot make life a lot harder than it should be, so we are going to take over for a bit."

For those of us that are control freaks and/or don't like being told what to do (me!) the next couple of months might feel as if life is not quite going where you thought it was,

However, the universe doesn't make mistakes, and thier way forward is generally a faster and more efficient road to a much better place than the one we were hell bent on creating.

I think the universal energies of the moment are going to require trust, patience, and a clear commitment to self.

That clear commitment to self is the one many of us struggle with, we are all about helping, supporting, and promoting everyone else.

This is the time to become the main character in your own life. Mentor people forward, lead by example; stop placing your happiness in other people's outcomes and start creating you own.

I feel this is a 'you can embrace the change or the universe will keep nudging you forward until you give in' energy, and we all know that process can be a little intense.

So keep asking yourself what you would do if you were brave, confident, and hell bent on personal happiness and you will have a smooth, easy, fast tracked road forward.

How did everyone handle the full moon last night? For me it was the normal full moon energy of feeling tired but can't sleep, hungry but nothing I want to eat kinda night.

I very much envy those who feel energised and inspired by the full moon - I just feel ratty and unsettled. How does the full moon affect you?

Full Moon in Aquarius tonight at 12.35am (AEST). With the current planets , energy, and the universe seemingly taking over and only allowing us a short reign over our own lives (I think I might be only half joking with that one!), I have been stumped what sort of spell works best for this moon.

Then I remembered Aquarius is known to bring unexpected opportunities and blessings and thought maybe a good luck spell to help bring these in faster and a little more abundantly would be a great idea!

You will need:
• A silver or white candle (Moon energy)
• 3 bay leaves (for protection, blessings and success)
• A pen
• A heatproof bowl

The Spell

Light your candle.

On one bay leaf write Protection, on the second write Blessings, and on the third write Luck.

Light the Protection leaf from the candle. Hold it for a few seconds before placing it into the heatproof bowl (it doesn't need to burn completely) and say:

Moon of Aquarius, shining so bright,
Promote clear vision, happiness and light,
safe from harm, no darkness my way,
protection shields me on me this and every day

Now burn the blessings bay leaf in the same way and say:

Blessings before me, trouble behind,
Good luck follow the paths I find
blessings abound even those I cant see
Lady luck now finds her way to me.

Now burn the luck bay leaf

Now to me, lady luck find your way,
follow the moons illuminating ray.
With grateful heart I will now receive,
As I will it, So mote it be.

Allow the candle to burn safely for as long as practical.

It's Tuesday!! Monday blues were a thing of yesterday, but, if you still feel a little 'blah' (I do!), just pretend you are happy and full of life.

That should trick your brain into believing it and by about 11am, you won't be pretending anymore.

Fake it until you make it is a great life hack and one I use regularly!

Welcome to a brand new week in paradise. Although the planets are crap and its going to be cold, I am sure that if we rug up and use the planets to our advantage we will all be full steam ahead and happy.

Today, Saturn, the planet of responsibility, discipline and karmic lessons, begins its retrograde phase. Now before you panic, Saturn turns retrograde once every year or so, and you have survived every single one of them.

When a planet is direct, we're more likely to experience its lessons through the outside world: events and circumstances. During a retrograde, those lessons turn inward: how are we reacting, what do we really believe, and how do we change to work within our own values.

This retrograde is in fiery bold Aries. Aries says “I am this and I make no apologies” in a rather loud voice, Saturn gives you the side eye and responds, “ Really, how is that working for you?”.

Add to this, Mercury’s Post Shadow run through emotionally “expressive” Cancer and we really will need to engage our brain before our mouth for the next couple of weeks.

Saturn has a message to deliver – this is where you need to focus your energy and commit. Mercury is still mopping up from the lessons and learning he taught us the hard way during July.

Let’s add the Full Moon in Aquarius : Aries is all about me, me, me, Aquarius is all about the collective, your community and how we fit the bigger picture, and Saturn will once again will remind you that your destiny is your duty.

🎉Happy Mercury Direct Day🎉

Today is a happy day indeed, the planet that has had us all scratching our heads and seemingly only opening our mouths to change feet, is now direct (or will be a few minutes, about 9am Bris time).

What a doozy this one has been, I think I might just head to the mountains for the next Cancerian Mercury Retrograde.

However, it was a great chance to look under the hood and see what makes us go from zero to 100 in less than 30 seconds, and I hope you used that time wisely.

Because we now have 2 weeks of Mercury’s Post Shadow to right all wrongs, apologise where needed, and use our new knowledge of the inner workings of us to move ourselves into the next and best stage of us. More about that later.

Mercury turns direct tomorrow! Honestly, this has been the most hectic Mercury Retrograde I can remember!

It was also a great reminder that sometimes you have make time for people and things that you love.

This is your reminder that every day should include doing something that makes your heart sing. Simply because you are worth great things!!
