We are incredibly proud to celebrate the outstanding results achieved by our Individual Placement and Support (IPS) team during their recent annual audit.

These results are a testament to the exceptional care, dedication and commitment the team brings to supporting young people in achieving their employment, education and vocational goals. Their passion for helping young people build confidence, independence and brighter futures shines through in everything they do.

Our snack and popper station has always been available for young people and parents visiting our centre 💚

We have recently added Coffee, Tea & Biscuits to the station to help make the space feel even more welcoming and comfortable for everyone 😊

Whether you’re waiting for an appointment, supporting someone during their visit, or just needing a quick pick-me-up. Feel free to help yourself while you’re here ☕🍪

Over the past two years, Ebony has achieved incredible growth through the IPS Program, with support from Vocational Specialist Tash. From leaving an unhealthy workplace to building confidence, learning about self-worth, and gaining valuable work experience across two jobs. Ebony has truly transformed her journey.
Along the way, she also developed practical skills like managing taxes, creating resumes and cover letters, and preparing for big life changes.

Her hard work and determination paid off! Ebony successfully completed her Barber Apprenticeship and has now taken an exciting step, moving overseas to the UK!

We’re so proud of everything Ebony has accomplished. Her resilience, confidence, and commitment to her goals are truly inspiring 💚
