It’s been a lovely first week welcoming Dr Laura Bell to the clinic.

After 30 years in practice and 7 years here in Mackay, it’s very rewarding to see our clinic continuing to grow and serve more of our community.

Dr Laura has already seen 18 patients in her first week, and we’re on track for 25–30 next week. I’ve had several patients tell me how great she is, with excellent results — especially with her advanced one-needle Nexus Neoclassical Acupuncture technique.

With Laura joining Beth and myself, we’re now able to offer 6 days of care each week, Monday to Saturday, instead of 3 — providing better access and greater flexibility for everyone in our wider community.

We’d also like to acknowledge Eve, our AI receptionist, who has been doing a fabulous job over the past 9 months. She can take bookings, reschedule appointments, answer enquiries, or put you straight through to Beth if you’d prefer to speak with a person.
