Australian National Champion in the U15 2000m Steeplechase, Shailee, graced our office this last week in the latest of regular visits for all things biomechanics, strength & conditioning, and long term athlete development. Our current focus is lumbar extension loading and the impact of pelvic control in running. Love working with motivated juniors, guided by responsible and knowledgable sports coaches - in this case, middle and long distance supercoach !
