Now, I love my lemon water with Celtic sea salt for hydration. Yesterday, I saw something a little different I have never tried; a whole lemon blended with water!

Here is my little blend that I wizzed up just now: one whole lemon, Celtic sea salt, fresh moringa leaves, and water!

This should give me a healthy boost of energy without the hit of cortisol caffeine releases 🍋 💧 🌊 🍃 💙
