Vinaka vakalevu sota tale 💙

After four years in Australia, our Fijian team members who came through the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) scheme are preparing to return home to Fiji.

For most of those four years, they were a valued part of NVC Group. They cared for our residents, supported their colleagues and shared their warmth, culture, laughter and friendship with our workplaces and wider community.

Spending so long away from home and family is an enormous commitment. We are deeply grateful for everything they contributed and for the lasting connections they made along the way.

These photos capture just some of the celebrations, friendships and special memories we shared during their time with us.

As they begin their journey home, we wish them safe travels, joyful reunions with their families and every happiness in the next chapter of their lives.

NVC Group is seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Manager to provide clinical leadership across our Home and Community Care services.
