Welcome Stacey! Soulitude Health is delighted to have Stacey join our team of physios. You may recognize Stacey as she spent her final year of uni doing some allied health assistant work with us. Now a fully qualified physiotherapist Stacey is available for appointments Monday-Wednesday in Macksville and Thursday in Nambucca. She has a special interest with working with children and has been a great addition to bring these skills to the clinic. She has also been doing some great work with the Nambucca Valley representative netballers working on their strength, conditioning and agility sessions each week. We will soon have a Monday afternoon injury clinic opening with Stacey for assessments following any weekend sport injuries.

Congratulations to our sponsored athlete, Matilda!

All of Matilda’s hard work in the gym with her Strength and Conditioning Physio, Nathan, is paying off. Her training has focused on building strength, coordination and explosive power to improve block speed.

Through strength work, coordination drills and plyometric exercises, she’s generating more force out of the blocks and accelerating faster in the early phase of the race.

We’re so proud of you Matilda! Your dedication and progress is laying the groundwork for huge things to come!
