How lucky we were to have the wonderful Sandy teach at our clinic! The whole Core team, and our ‘Pilates family’ will miss her. We wish her all the very best on her exciting new venture ♥️

Hi everyone 🙆🏻‍♀️

My Pilates teaching life has taken a few turns these past few weeks and I wanted to let my Pilates family know of a few changes coming up.

I sadly taught my last class at Core Physio this week after a few years of very fun classes together. I will miss you all and thank you for your support all of these years ❤️

To my Yamba classes that I won’t be teaching anymore - thank you for all of your laughter and support. You have all been amazing and I will miss seeing you for those classes but look forward to the days I can still teach you 🥳

To my Townsend Pilates family - Unfortunately Monday 9am Class will take a pause in August (24th last Monday). I will miss your energy and fun moves to start off our weeks.

I can’t thank everyone enough for your support, your commitment, your encouragement, your care and the happiness we all share together every week. Thank You! Thank you for choosing me to move with every week. I appreciate you all and feel so grateful.

I am excited for this new venture in my life but even more excited that I can continue with the love of teaching Pilates. I feel so very lucky to be able to do what I love every week and that is thanks to all of you who show up with me ❣️ x

Reformer sessions with Physio Caitlyn now available!

Reformer Pilates has incredible benefits and we are so happy to be able to offer 1 on 1 sessions at our clinic.

Today, 11 young ladies ranging from 8 to 12 years old joined us for our first ever Pilates class for young people.
Physio Caitlyn kept the tunes and moves flowing, and the giggles and smiles were infectious!
Thanks for joining us-we hope you have fun!
One more class for these holidays-Wednesday 15th July at 10:30am.
