There’s something special about preparing the room before each client arrives.
As I make the bed, dim the lights and create a calm, inviting space, I find myself thinking about the person who is about to walk through the door.
I think about how they’ve been since I last saw them. What they might be carrying physically or mentally. What their body might need today. And how I can make their time on the table feel safe, peaceful and restorative.
Because the treatment doesn’t begin when you lie down.
It begins the moment you walk into a space where you can finally exhale.
