Need a repeat prescription or repeat referral? You can now submit your request online through the AMS Connect mobile app.

Please note:
• Repeat prescriptions for opioids, benzodiazepines or other addictive medications are not available through this service.
• Online repeat referrals are only available for referrals previously issued by our practice within the last 12 months that are due for renewal.
• Requests are reviewed by your usual GP only and approval is at the doctor's discretion.
• Please allow 3–4 business days for processing.
• Some requests may require an appointment before they can be approved.
• Payment is only processed if your request is approved.

Please be advised that Maffra Medical Group will be closed on Thursday, 23 July 2026 due to a planned power outage.

We will reopen on Friday, 24 July 2026 at 8:30 am.

📢 Important Update – Online Bookings

Maffra Medical Group is transitioning to our new online booking platform, AutoMed.

As part of this change, our HotDoc account will be permanently deactivated, and online bookings through HotDoc will no longer be available.

To book or cancel an appointment, please contact our friendly reception team on (03) 5147 1011.

Important Notice:

Maffra Medical Group is transitioning to a new clinical software system over the weekend.

The practice will be closed on Saturday, 11 July 2026 while this work is completed and will reopen on Monday, 13 July 2026.

Online bookings are currently unavailable. If you need to see your doctor due to an illness or injury, or you need to book an appointment for a medical, care plan review, or procedure, please contact our reception team on (03) 5147 1011.

Please be advised that our weekday opening hours have changed.

Effective immediately, Maffra Medical Group will open at 8:30am Monday to Friday (previously 8:00am). There is no change to our Saturday opening hours.

Please also note that our phone lines will be unavailable between 12:30pm and 1:30pm each day.
