This NAIDOC Week marks 50 years. Five decades of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities celebrating culture, telling truth, and refusing to be silenced.
This year’s theme, 50 Years of Deadly, honours the Elders who stood firm, the organisers who made space, the artists who turned resistance into expression, and the communities who keep showing up.
At SEVA House, we’re celebrating by listening, learning, and honouring the oldest continuous living cultures on earth. NAIDOC has always belonged to community. Our role is to show up alongside it.
Happy NAIDOC Week

“Paralpi is about movement — movement through generations, through memory, through song and story. It speaks to the strength our people carry and the beauty of culture continuing to evolve while staying deeply connected to who we are.”
