‼️ Support Worker Needed ‼️
We are seeking an experienced support worker to support a 5-year-old boy with Autism Level 3.
The successful applicant will have experience supporting participants with challenging behaviors and implementing restrictive practices. Previous experience working with high behavioural support needs is essential.
We're looking for someone who is:
• Patient, calm, and reliable
• Experienced in managing complex behaviours
• Committed to building a strong, trusting rapport, with the understanding that this takes time
• Able to provide consistent, high-quality support
Support Schedule:
🗓️ Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays
🕣 8:30am – 1:30pm (5-hour shifts)
Consistency is essential to ensure the best outcomes for the participant.
