After much reflection, I’ve made the decision to step away from the NDIS sector and will be closing the doors of iCoordinate Disability Services on 31 July 2026.

It has been an incredible privilege to walk alongside hundreds of participants and their families throughout their NDIS journeys. To have played even a small part in helping people achieve their goals has been one of the greatest honours of my career.

To my amazing team at iCoordinate Disability Services… thank you from depths of my heart. Your compassion, professionalism and unwavering commitment to the people we support have inspired me every day. I couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve built together.

While this chapter is coming to a close for me, I’m pleased to share that our exceptional Support Coordination team whom have chosen to remain as support coordinators will continue supporting the community through their transition to Future Focus Support Coordination . I know our participants remain in caring and more than capable hands.

To everyone I’ve worked alongside over the years, participants, families, providers and colleagues, thank you for your trust, support and friendship. The lessons, relationships and memories will stay with me always.

As one chapter closes, another begins. I’m looking forward to embracing new opportunities and seeing where the next journey leads.

With gratitude, ✨

Kristy

Your Support Coordinator should make your NDIS journey simpler , not more stressful.

The right support means helping you understand your plan, connecting you with the best services, working through challenges, and keeping you moving towards your goals.

But sometimes, things don’t feel quite right.
Here are a few signs it might be time to consider a change:
- Slow responses or poor communication
- Feeling unheard or unsupported
- Limited choice of providers
- Little or no progress towards your goals
- Confusion about your plan or funding
- Struggling to get help when issues arise

We believe you deserve clarity, consistency, and genuine support.

Our team works alongside you and your family to simplify the NDIS process, provide practical guidance, and ensure your supports truly align with your goals.

If your current support isn’t meeting your needs, it might be time to explore your options

Support Coordination Isn't About Finding Services. It's About Finding the Right Ones.

One of the biggest misconceptions about Support Coordination is that it's just about referrals.

In reality, it's about helping participants build a team around them that understands their goals, preferences and support needs.

Just because a provider has availability doesn't mean they're the right fit.

We take the time to understand what matters to you. Whether that's finding a provider who understands your culture, communication style, interests, location, or specific support needs, we work with you to build a network of supports that feels right.

Because the right support can make all the difference.

Support isn't one-size-fits-all, and neither are the people who receive it.

Employment isn't just about having a job. It can provide opportunities to build confidence, develop new skills, increase independence, create social connections and work towards personal goals.

At iCoordinate, our Employment Support Services can help participants identify their strengths, explore career pathways, build job-ready skills and connect with the right supports to achieve their employment goals.

Whether you're looking for your first job, returning to work, or exploring new opportunities, support may be available through your NDIS plan.

What Makes the iCoordinate Team Different?

At iCoordinate, we look beyond qualifications and experience when building our team. We look for people who genuinely care about making a difference in the lives of others.

Our team brings a diverse range of skills, lived experiences and passions to the work they do every day. From mental health and disability support to community involvement and advocacy, each team member shares a commitment to helping people achieve their goals and live life on their own terms.

We believe great support starts with genuine connection. That's why we take the time to listen, build trust and get to know the people we support, not just their NDIS plan.

Because at the heart of everything we do are people helping people.

The Australian Government has announced proposed changes aimed at securing the future of the NDIS.

The proposed reforms focus on:
- Fighting fraud and stopping rorts
- Slowing rapid cost increases
- Clearer eligibility requirements
- Delivering quality services and supports to participants

At this stage, current NDIS eligibility and planning arrangements remain unchanged, and participants should continue accessing supports and services as outlined in their existing plans.

You do not need to take any action right now.
As more information becomes available, we'll continue to share updates and support participants to understand what any future changes may mean for them.
