The benifeits of Trigger Point Therapy

With about 20 years experience working on horses and people i have never really posted a video of what i do which is Trigger Point Therapy , but with all the treatments available these days , i thought I'd show you a bit of what I do which is muscle release basically loosening the fascia so the muscle can return to a relaxed state allowing the horse to regain a full range of motion which can not be achieved when the horse is tight/sore.
I've done demonstrations over the years at pony club camps and horse events but i am to busy recently to be able to take time off .
I hope you like the video and take it for what it is , I speak in a way during video that I hope everyone can understand no long muscle names which most people would not know or understand what i was saying .

The little filly in video presented tight sore in near side shoulder and pole and a bit cranky in the off side hind .
Very common for fascia to be tight on the diagonal when treating horses .
