Level 1: Support Connection
We connect you with services and build
your ability to connect with informal, community, and funded supports, enabling you to get the most out of your NDIS plan and pursue your goals. Level 2: Coordination of Supports
We connect you with services that build your skills to understand and use your NDIS plan. We work with you to ensure you engage with a mix of supports to increase your capacity to maintain relationships, live more independently and be active in your community. We help you:
- Get the right referrals
- Contact and communicate with your local area coordinator and/or Early childhood provider
- Fill out all of the necessary paperwork
- Send through the best, most well-informed application possible
