Liposuction Ideal Candidates | With Natalie, General Manager

Liposuction may be considered for people who are in good general health, are at or close to a stable body weight, and have localised areas of fat they would like assessed.

It may be considered where areas of fat remain despite maintaining a stable weight and healthy lifestyle.

It is not a weight-loss procedure, and suitability varies depending on individual anatomy, health, medical history and other factors.

A consultation is required to determine suitability and discuss the procedure, expected recovery and individual considerations.

A Guide To Exosomes... | Michelle Casey

Exosomes are microscopic particles involved in cell-to-cell communication and are used in some skin treatment protocols, including alongside treatments such as microneedling.

Exosome-based treatments may be considered to support skin recovery and address concerns including fine lines, uneven texture and tone, pigmentation, acne scarring and overall skin quality.

Some individuals may notice the skin appears calmer in the days following treatment, while changes in texture and tone may develop gradually over the following weeks. Collagen-related changes may take longer to develop, and multiple treatments may be required.

A consultation is required to determine suitability based on individual skin concerns and treatment goals.

Liposuction Is Not A Weight Loss Procedure | With Natalie, General Manager

Liposuction is not intended as a weight loss procedure. It may be considered for localised areas of fat that remain despite changes to diet and exercise, depending on individual anatomy.

These are generally smaller areas, such as the upper or lower abdomen, inner or outer thighs and flanks, although liposuction is not limited to these areas.

A consultation is required to determine suitability and discuss the procedure, expected recovery and individual considerations.

Who Is PRX Plus For? | Michelle Casey

PRX Plus is a topical biostimulator that works without significant interference with the surface layer of the skin.

This means it may be considered for a range of skin types, depending on individual skin condition, sensitivity and medical history.

Once applied, PRX Plus is designed to work within the deeper layers of the skin, where collagen and elastin are located. It may be considered for concerns such as pigmentation, sun-related skin changes, fine lines, skin texture and reduced firmness.

Areas such as the face and under-eye region may also be considered depending on individual anatomy and skin condition.

A consultation is required to determine suitability and discuss the treatment approach that may be appropriate for you.

A Guide To PRP... | Dr Luis Torres Villacorta (MED0002049692) Cosmetic Doctor

Platelet-rich plasma, or PRP, is prepared using a sample of the patient’s own blood. The sample is processed to concentrate platelets within the plasma, which may then be reintroduced into the skin through injections or microneedling, depending on the treatment approach.

Depending on individual assessment, PRP may be considered for concerns involving skin texture, fine lines, certain types of scarring or stretch marks.

PRP may form part of an individualised treatment plan depending on individual anatomy, skin characteristics, medical history and the area being treated. Suitability varies, and multiple treatments may be required.

A consultation is required to determine suitability and discuss the proposed treatment process, potential risks, limitations and expected outcomes.

Platelet-rich fibrin, or PRF, is prepared using a sample of the patient’s own blood. The sample is processed to form a fibrin matrix containing platelets and white blood cells.

Depending on individual assessment, PRF may be considered for the under-eye area, skin texture, selected scarring or hair restoration.

PRF may form part of an individualised treatment plan depending on anatomy, medical history and other clinical factors. Suitability varies, and multiple treatments may be required.
