We are an established medical imaging practice with clinics in Mandurah, Applecross, Ellenbrook, Murdoch, and Currambine. We are seeking friendly, reliable team players to join us as Part-Time Receptionists!
We currently have multiple positions available.
Role Details:
• Hours: Minimum 3 days per week (includes occasional Saturdays)
• Start Date: Immediate start available
Key Responsibilities:
• Greeting and assisting patients with a welcoming, friendly attitude
• Answering phone inquiries and managing patient appointments
• Accurately entering patient data into the practice database
• Processing patient payments, invoices, and receipts
• Typing medical reports
• Multi-tasking efficiently in a supportive team environment
What We're Looking For:
• Excellent communication skills (in person and over the phone)
• Strong multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail
• Medical experience is NOT essential—we welcome motivated applicants willing to learn!
