The 1.5mm depth is fantastic for treating the more superficial layers of the skin, helping improve the appearance of fine lines, pores, texture and overall skin glow.

For a deeper lifting and tightening effect, we work at 3mm and 4mm, targeting deeper tissue including the SMAS layer, which plays an important role in the structural support of the face.

This is why it’s important to look beyond the price when comparing HIFU treatments. Ask what depths are being used and what areas are actually being treated.

The neck is also a popular HIFU area, where 3mm and 4mm depths can be used as part of your personalised treatment plan.

Because HIFU works deeply and relies on your body’s natural collagen-remodelling process, treatments are generally spaced around 6 months apart.
