What an incredible day for Recycling with Brody!

Today we officially collected Brody's new recycling trailer, and we couldn't be more excited about what this means for the future of Recycling with Brody and the community we proudly serve.

A massive thank you to South West Trailers for their amazing help and support throughout this process. The trailer looks absolutely fantastic, and we are incredibly grateful for the professionalism, service, and care shown to Brody and our team.

We would also like to sincerely thank the amazing team at WARRRL and Containers for Change WA. Without your support, this simply would not have been possible. Your commitment to creating opportunities through recycling is helping people like Brody build confidence, independence, and meaningful participation within their community.

This trailer represents so much more than just a trailer.

It represents every single resident who has put aside their 10-cent containers for Brody.

It represents every business that has chosen to support Recycling with Brody.

It represents every customer who has booked a collection.

It represents every person who has shared a post, told a friend, or encouraged Brody along the way.

And it represents every single person who generously donated to Brody's GoFundMe campaign to help make this dream a reality.

ANOTHER HUGE WIN FOR RECYCLING WITH BRODY!

The good news just keeps coming!

We are incredibly excited to welcome Plus Fitness 24/7 Lakelands to the growing Recycling with Brody family. đź’š

After recently partnering with Plus Fitness Halls Head, we were fortunate to be introduced to the wonderful team at Plus Fitness Lakelands, who have also chosen to support Brody's recycling micro-enterprise.

This means even more cans and bottles will be diverted from landfill, helping to create a cleaner environment while supporting a local young man who is passionate about making a difference.

What makes this week even more special is that Plus Fitness Lakelands joins a growing list of amazing supporters who have come on board in recent days, including Miami Holiday Park and Plus Fitness Halls Head.

Every new bin location represents more than just recycling. It represents community, inclusion, opportunity, and people believing in Brody and his vision.

To everyone who has supported Brody's journey so far, thank you. Whether you've hosted a bin, donated containers, shared a post, or simply cheered him on, you are helping make all of this possible.

BIG DAY FOR RECYCLING WITH BRODY!

Today was an exciting day as Brody welcomed not one, but TWO new recycling bin locations to the Recycling with Brody family!

đź’š PLUS Fitness 24/7 Halls Head
đź’š Miami Holiday Park

A special thank you to both organisations for supporting local recycling and helping Brody continue to grow his micro-enterprise.

Plus Fitness Halls Head already had a fantastic recycling program in place, yet still chose to support Brody's initiative, which means so much to us.

Miami Holiday Park has also joined the journey, helping ensure more eligible containers are recycled and kept out of landfill.

Every new bin location helps Brody build confidence, develop employment skills, connect with the community, and make a positive environmental impact.

While most people stay inside waiting for better weather, Brody is still out there pushing forward, collecting cans and bottles, helping the environment and showing what dedication really looks like.

Rain, wind or storms — the mission doesn’t stop.

Every collection Brody does helps reduce waste going into landfill while also building confidence, independence, community connection and purpose through his micro enterprise, Recycling with Brody.

What makes Brody special isn’t just the recycling…

It’s the consistency.
It’s the effort.
It’s the determination to keep showing up no matter the conditions.

Today is a reminder that progress isn’t about waiting for perfect weather or perfect moments. Sometimes the biggest achievements happen on the hardest days.

Brody continues to inspire everyone around him by proving that small actions done consistently can create a massive impact over time.

A huge thank you to everyone who has already booked in for Brody's collection run today! Your ongoing support not only helps keep bottles and cans out of landfill, but also helps Brody continue building confidence, independence and valuable work skills through his micro enterprise.

Every Tuesday, Brody is out on the road doing much more than just collecting cans and bottles

“Recycling with Brody” was created to build independence, confidence and community connection through meaningful work. What started as a simple idea has continued to grow into something that gives Brody purpose, routine and pride.

Recycling plays an important role in protecting the environment by reducing landfill waste and encouraging sustainable habits within the community. Through his microenterprise, Brody is helping make a real difference while also showing what people with disabilities can achieve when given the right opportunities and support.

For Brody, this journey has been huge for his personal growth. Meeting customers, learning routines, travelling around the community and building relationships has helped grow his confidence more and more each week. Once Brody becomes comfortable with people, his personality shines through, and those who know him look forward to seeing him out on the road Tuesdays.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support Recycling with Brody. Every bag saved, every conversation and every bit of encouragement helps support not only recycling, but Brody’s continued growth and independence

After a week off the tools, Brody is back out today doing what he does best — hitting his collection rounds and keeping recyclables out of landfill

Sometimes a short break is needed, but it’s straight back into it this week collecting from our awesome local households and getting things moving again.

Every collection makes a difference — less waste, more recycling, and a cleaner community

Brody has officially done it… THE TRAILER IS ORDERED!

After months and months of hard work, dedication, and reinvesting every single dollar back into his micro-enterprise, Brody has just paid for and ordered his very own trailer from South West Trailers

What started as a simple idea has quickly grown into something so much bigger. Watching Brody stay focused, put in the effort, and back himself every step of the way has been nothing short of incredible.

This trailer isn’t just a purchase… it’s a massive step forward for his micro-enterprise, opening the door to bigger collections / events, more opportunities, and continued growth.

We couldn’t be prouder of what he’s achieved so far — and trust us, he’s only just getting started.
