Are you a qualified, compassionate, and reliable Support Worker looking to make a meaningful difference in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) environment?

We’re hiring dedicated team members to support our participants with daily living, community access, and achieving their goals in a warm, person-centered home!

⏰Shift Requirements & Availability
To ensure round-the-clock support for our participants, applicants must have availability across the following shift windows:
☀️ Mornings: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
🌆 Afternoons/Evenings: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
🌙 Sleepovers: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM

📋 What You Need:
- Relevant qualification (Cert III in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent).
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid & CPR Certification.
- Australian Driver’s License and Comprehensively insured vehicle.
- A positive, empathetic, and team-player mindset.

About the role:

Casual position to start (with a clear pathway to full-time)
Managing rosters and schedules using ShiftCare
