Larissa's Imaginarium Project is actually the exact group running the main Book Week Community Playgroup Celebration at the Manifold Heights Baptist Hall. Larissa Taylor (who previously ran the Kardinia playgroups) launched her own independent program, and she builds these massive, immersive setups for local kids every year.
What to Expect at Her Book Week Event Immersive Book Spaces: Interactive setups built around classic themes like The Very Hungry Caterpillar, Alice in Wonderland, Snow White, Harry Potter, and Toy Story.The Routine: 1 hour of open play, sensory trays, crafts, and photo booths, followed by a 30-minute interactive music, bubble, and storytelling mat session (complete with a visit from Bluey).
Picnic Space: Access to the outdoor play space afterwards if you want to pack lunch or a snack.
