In this follow-up conversation, Paul and drzachtraj from The IN8 Life Chiro talk about the power of word-of-mouth referrals and how one patient can sometimes lead to an entire family becoming part of the clinic community.

They also chat about the reality of being a health practitioner today—where there’s so much competition and practitioners often feel the need to constantly promote themselves.

But when a patient trusts you enough to recommend you to their partner, parents, kids or friends… that makes all the hard work worth it. 🥹💚

Bianca explains how she takes the time to make patients feel comfortable and talks them through what to expect—including the difference between acupuncture needles and the needles commonly used in medical settings.
