A wellness experience designed to help you slow down, restore, and reconnect.
Our Red Light Yoga classes combine intentional movement with the supportive benefits of red light therapy, helping to:

Places will be limited. So bookings will be required.

Red light yoga mats will also be available to be added to our regular Thursday night yoga class as well. Starting soon.
