I have had an amazing study break and look forward to taking you through more upper body yin poses, myofacial release and new Yang flow sequences. However unfortunately we will have to delay resuming classes until Wed 16 October due to essential works at the studio. New class table will be loaded on booking platform from 7 October. Look forward to returning and seeing both known and new faces!!

Yogayama is taking a study break to further our knowledge in anatomy, yoga philosophy, yin practices and tissue trauma release. Last class will be Wed 4 Sept and we will recommence 2 October. In the meantime stay healthy, eat well, laugh a lot, breath and allow the springtime energy of new beginnings and opportunities to bring you an opportunity to cleanse, purge, re-evaluate, drop out, let go of anything that is holding you back and instead bring in, dust off, seed, nurture, grow, spark, refresh, sooth, renew and light up your path to your desired reality. Get ready to live the life of your dreams, it is there for the taking just be brave enough to call it in without any doubt that you can have it!

Join us for a 3-week Intro to Yoga starting tomorrow Tuesday 7th May 6-7:30 in Mannering Park. Transitions of season offer a great opportunity to establish new patterns and habits and let go of old ones that hold us back and start fresh. The time IS right to to start Yoga or if you already have a practice, understand why Yoga is so beneficial. Learn how to get the most benefit out of each class and grow strong, resilient and flexible in body and mind. Activate your breath and learn how to control your nervous system and get relief and pause from the daily stresses our world produces. Understand how to activate the muscles to activate flexibility and strength by working with your body and connection all parts of you into one amazing humming and happy system!
