Aerial Active is our 16+ program - a chance to step away from the desk, the inbox, the everything-else, and spend an hour upside down, building strength you didn't know you had.
Whether you've always wanted to try the silks, you're after a yoga class with a twist (literally), or you just want to move your body in a way that feels playful again, there's a class with your name on it.

Our 𝗔𝗹𝗹-𝗥𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗱𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀 class is a fun, energetic way to move your body while learning a wide range of circus skills. In one class you’ll explore juggling, poi and diabolo, test your balance on tightrope and slackline, and take to the air on apparatus like silks, hoop and trapeze.

It’s a full-body workout disguised as fun, with plenty of laughs, encouragement, and those little “I can’t believe I just did that” moments.
