Hi 👋 , I’m Chervaughn (but you can call me Cher) and I’m the owner of Holistic Health and Massage.

It’s a pleasure to “meet” you and I’m so glad you’re here. 🤍

A little bit about me… I’m a qualified remedial massage therapist with a deep passion for lymphatic health. But if I’m honest, this work found me before I fully understood why. That’s because a few years ago I was diagnosed with Lipoedema.

If you know, you know! The frustration of a body that doesn’t respond the way you expect. The confusion. The feeling that something isn’t right but struggling to get answers.

That diagnosis changed EVERYTHING for me.

It led me down a path of understanding my lymphatic system in a way I never had before, not just as a therapist, but as someone living in a body that NEEDS this support. I learned firsthand how powerful lymphatic care can be. How it can reduce heaviness, improve comfort, and help you feel at home in your own skin again. And now? I get to bring that understanding into every treatment I offer.

HHM is a collective of independent practitioners who share one thing: we genuinely care about helping your body feel its best. This is a calm, safe space where professional care meets real compassion.
